hey m8 we are heading to gethin tomorrow for about half nine. you get off the motorway at junction 32 i think onto the A470 to myrthyr tidfil and then its about 20 minutes down the road on the left of one of the roundabouts called gethin woodland park if you fancy it?

hi m8 sorry missed your message, to be honest even if i was it would be bit of a trek for you as im still based in west wales although i am thinking of heading back some time to do a spot of riding ill let you know when that happens, o and we are gonn abe going to gethin or rheola hopefully sometime next week, gethin is a bout half an hour further than cwm carn and rheola is 20 mins past that if you fancy it? both are worth thr drive

cheers Gabriel...enjoy your weekend...I spent years riding S.H. alone - autumnal conditons are best too has the deep forestry vegetation is brittle and dying back (ready for the bass attack!). I'm keeping my Scarpa Xens on my feet...but you may be able to persuade me to change pedals from my current XT beartraps

Hey yeah that sounds great, nice work on the campsite as well, we always go to shit ones or try and rough it with no facilities! Me and Susie are definitely up for doing some more xc this summer, we went to Brechfa and Afan in a weekend before we came to Spain and it was such a good weekend. You get so long on the bike doing XC and it´s wicked when there´s a bunch of you

Map reading is awesome too but I haven´t done it in a while, I hope it´s as easy as I remember it being as we always cock up driving to places if we´re not following anyone. good to see you had a good trip. went to PORC in Kent yesterday with James, after a slow start we had some fun loads of trails there but only 45 sec to 60 sec runs.
xc spin today with James again then its south downs way tomorrow with 58 miles on monday and then 42 miles on tue. may be up for some more riding on wednesday if your about. Have fun Gee.

Hi mate, good to see you friday night sorry to shoot on and not stay, so how was the clic hope it did not rain to much. We had a good time at the wedding party and first sleep out in the van, with fresh coffee in the morning, very nice. working nights till wednesday talk soon.
